Aside from your usual lemonade stand... I think the next best thing is to offer to wash your parents' car, perhaps?
Set up a car wash service at your neighborhood. Walk your neighbor's dogs, etc.
It could be that your parents are trying to save for your college tuition therefore not giving you any pocket money.
Or it may be that you've misused the money they gave you in the past that causes them to lose trust in your money management skills.
Overall having said that, the best way would be for you to study hard & get good grades. Once you've achieve that, maybe then they'd feel compelled to reward your efforts with a gift.
