Anytime i feel like taking a shower. But i usually take a shower at night before i go to sleep.

Before I go to bed because it relaxes me. Also because I don't want to get up earlier to take a shower, plus I don't ever blow dry my hair so letting it dry over night is great.

Right before a date, or right before bed, always have to hit the bed fresh and clean. You don't want to sleep in sweat and dirt.
