shalal is a Hebrew word, but I have no ref. for Hebeb. Could be Arabic or Aramaic, or another semitic language.

shalal means loot, like they take in war. no idea what the other is.

I do believe that habeb refers to (Darline, love, significant other), while shalal may be along the lines of shalom or a different way of describing peace, it does sound Hebrew to me so you should ask a Rabbi you may not be finding it because this may have to do with the Torah and may not be part of the common language.

hebeb?..hmmm...maybe u mean habeeb, cause thas an arabic name...but its probebly they're just both hebrew names...they do sound like names to me
