Like I wear size 5 am 5'4"( the last time I checked) weight around 115-120. I want to loose weight, but don't know what to do or if I should, should I?

For a girl of your age and height, you're very average. Check out the growth chart below from the doctors at the center for disease control.

You're a good size for your height. Just exercise, participate in sports or other physical activities. Diets are not always in your best interest, even if you were a little heavier. Doctors have told me that developing lifetime healthy eating habits is better in the long run. You can have sweets and "junk food" and long as you limit them. Drink lots of water. This will help with maintaining weight and helps your skin. Hope this helps.

you sound exactly like me at 13, for real 5'4 115, size 5, and thats normal, i wouldnt try to lose weight id give it time. i did nothing differnt, im now 15, 5'4 102 and am into a 0/1. give your body time to ajust to changes. PeAcE

The best thing for you to do is to go to your Mom and talk with her about the concerns you're expressing here then say you'd like to go see your family doctor for he can tell you what your weight should be and can give you a very healthy eating plan to help you look your best and to be healthy. That is the smart thing to do sweetie and don't ever skip breakfast for it'll slow your metabolism way down if you do-like you've gone all night your body needs food but it doesn't get so because its hungry your brain will slow fat burning down and store calories for it didn't get food who knows when it'll get food(Genetics)don't ever do crazy diets-trust your doctor. You shouldn't lose weight at your age but just be careful you're not on a fast lane to gaining. That's a perfect weight you're at right now but it's really hard to keep that weight as your body is still developing and will tend to gain. Stay active.

well i think your size is great cuz i 13 and im in a size 8 am 5'7" and i weight around 120-125

dont worry about how u look, god made u the way he wanted u to be, but it isnt bad to live a healthy lifestyle, but dont worry so much how u look, good guy are looking for your personality, not your looks hopefully, and a lot ok my friends that are girl are around your weight, so u are perfect.
