Answer only if you have tried it. Is it a good service?

I have tried it and so far it has been very fun and easy to use. The user interface is very good, and one of my "wanted" selections was given to me immediately even before I listed any of my own items. I must admit that I have not sent or received any items yet (it's only been around for about a month), but I wanted to give you a positive answer since I thought it would be more helpful than the other morons who have answered your question so far. By the way, the site also got a good review in the Sunday 7/2 issue of my local paper, The Washington Post.

I've traded about 60 albums. It works great! The key is to only put must-have albums in your want list. If you fill your want list with junk or stuff that may be cool, then you just end up with a lot of junk music. If you do use lala, be sure to be a quick sender! it sucks when you're waiting two weeks becuase somebody else is lazy
