We used to go out all the time & we have a great time when we do but lately he will only go out with the guys unless I drag him out.

he is revisiting his childhood. Tell him he can have the boys or you but the equality is slipping here. Go out with the girls and see how fast he worries about what you are up to.

Sometimes guys feel the need to do this. My ex decided it was more fun to go out with the guys than with me. He then learned that there were "fun" girls out there and ended up having an affair. That is why he is now my ex.

Dont nag at him about going out. Try to think of fun things the two of you could do together. Maybe ask another couple to go out and do something with you guys.

Because now that you'll are married he needs time with his friends to have fun but if that bother you, tell him how you feel and tell him that you want to get out with him one day or night every week to do something fun. That if he do that you will feel better and will thank him very much.
