Yes. We're all going to die, so why not die fighting for something that matters. And if you dont die, if you win, you have made the world a better place.

Yes, I do stand up against injustice, but I do pick my battles.
I have clients who have major problems dealing with government or large corporations and they're the most interesting to sue -- however, if you're going to do that kind of thing, you need to make sure you have your facts right and that the party you are suing has been given adequate notice and opportunity to rectify the issue before you filed the paperwork.

You have to pick your battles carefully, eventhough an injustice is an injustice. Sometimes you have to find a different way to fight back, meaning you may always, standup, but may not always want to shout.

No... it would have to be at least moderate. Standing up to every injustice may make me look like a whiner or a complainer.

We do not have a justice system. We have a legal system. Justice is not a goal of the legal system, so don't blame the system if you think an injustice occurred. Justice is subjective, except to God.

Yes, I stand up and speak up for what I think is right. You should pick your battles though. If you freak out about everything then when something really important comes along nobody wants to hear it again from you.

No, that would be idiotic.
No matter how small?
Like a different sized slice of cake, so I stand up and shout:
"His cake is bigger!!!"
No.
