The clitoris has no way of squirting anything so no. It does swell when we get excited/aroused. Girls/women exude lubrication from their vaginas when aroused and during sex. The vulva and labia minora often pink up and the labia can become slightly swolen too. The thing known as female ejaculation is from the urethra and while a real phenomina there is debate as to whether it is just stress incontinence (pee) or whether it is a glandula secretion akin to male seminal fluid (the liquid sperm is added to by the testies).

the clitoris will enlarge due to engorgement of blood to the clitoris but as far as squirting liquid this liquid is actually vaginal secretions which aids in lubrication during intercourse.

We do lose a liquid that is a lubricant. Our clitoris gets enlarged when we are aroused and its at its biggest size when we are about to hit climax
