That is not always the case. I've seen people and their questions removed. If their are a lot of complaints, they have to look into each one and that takes time. Be patient.

The person reported gets an email from yahoo. If the get reported very many times, they will have their account deleated.

Probably because they get so many abuse reports that they can't even come close to keeping up.

depends on the nature of the report..some may not have a valid reason..
