i think that people aren't really trying sooo hard to destroy the planet, it is really just a matter of lack of knowledge. either people do not know what they are doing, or they know of no other alternatives to the problem. we went wrong by not educating people about the hazards of everything we are doing on earth today. education is the key, its not that people are TRYING to destroy the earth. you should also note that awareness is being raised, and there are many people out there who are trying to make a difference so its really not everyone. :)

Wherever we find water on this planet we find life and we know that water is abundant in the solar system so presumably it is also abundant in other solar systems. There are billions of galaxies in the universe and billions of stars in our galaxy and a lot of the nearer stars have planets so billions of planets. So there must be billions of planets with water that are in the right orbit round their sun to support life. We also know that life is not some miracle which cannot be explained but a chemical formula so there is every reason to assume that somewhere out in the universe there is a planet that has gone through the same process as earth and therefore has some sort of life on it. Highly probable that there are millions of them. I am afraid that the words you quoted from the bible are meaningless in this context as the writer did not have the knowledge we have now

Don't be so naive, It's not like we're ripping up the soil and shooting it into the sun. We are LIVING. We are a part of nature and it is our nature to acquire and develop land. We grow crops, we mold the world around us to our liking. THIS IS NOT A BAD THING. The planet has been around for a long time and it's not like it's been static the whole time. We are changing it and we will adapt to whatever we change it too. Have some faith in humanity and stop pulling out your hair. Live life and don't go through it a lemon crying for the tree you burned to keep warm.

Guess at the beginning. God says He will allow this planet to be destroyed. He rather planned for it. All we do is carry out His plan for things. We are doing a great job!

Who told you that life exists only on this planet and not in any other planets in other galaxies.
Besides, finger pointing, what have you done to save this planet, it is always easy to condone.

chances are the electricity that you used to write your question cost the environment. so perhaps you should ask yourself that question first while you are driving your oil fueled car to the enormous grocery store with asphalt paved parking lots.
