Shawn Michaels, as you know, is a "reborn" Christian (after years of rehab from drugs) and still practicing Christian faith today. The reason HBK is leaving or blindfolded when a girl shows her boobs is because he doesn't want to be tempted by lust (HBK is a married man and has two young children, whom he won't allow his children to watch RAW).

Michaels is a Born Again Christian. He is also married. From what I have read, he does this so as not to disrespect his wife (who is smoking hot, btw!) or his faith.
