Unfortunately these groups do have a right to 'free assembly' BUT you can bet your bottom dollar that our government watches them closely. Why when they have not openly committed crimes? Because they are groups that preach hate and we have laws against that.

The U.S. government has, essentially, put the Klu Klux Klan out of business. And the Mafia, too. Neither one of those secret societies is around much anymore.
