Wow~this is a huge question but simply put I would have to say...
I think the key to true happiness is to live each day in a way that makes you proud that you are human by finding small ways to be kind.
Also, live life with no regrets and forgive yourself for any mistakes that you have made~make sure that you please yourself yet not hurt anyone while achieving that goal~~
Thus, my keys are: (1) seeing clearly; (2) choosing truth; (3) self-acceptance; (4) acting with precision and clarity; (5) not trying but doing; (6) thinking independently; (7) expanding my self and my mind; (8) faith in life; (9) living here and now; (10) embracing life with enthusiasm; and finally, (11) laughter.
I think these things are in everyone's reach :)

A few things for all of us to remember for true happiness
~Unknown~
Laughter is the best medicine for a long and happy life.
He who laughs............lasts.
Forgiveness is our greatest achievement and our highest calling.
A friend is a person who knows all about you ... and still likes you.
If you can't have the best of everything, make the best of everything you have.
We are as healthy as our relationships.
Touch is a great therapy.
God help the man who won't marry until he finds the perfect woman, and God help him still more if he finds her.
Don't marry someone you can live with.
Marry someone you cannot live without.
Life is too precious and marriage is too sweet to rush into relationships that are less than best for you.
The most important things in life aren't things.
The trouble with most people is that they stop trying in trying times.
Don't let your children become more important than your partner.
A husband is a man who stands by you through all the problems you wouldn't have had, had you stayed single. (LOL)
If you're happy, let your face know it and show it!
Live your life and forget about your age!
Everyone has a future....... Some people plan theirs.
We can't change anybody but ourselves.
One of our greatest strengths is to admit our weaknesses.

I think the keys to happiness are: to find something that you love and do it, try to be empathetic with the people around you, and keep a fun and happy attitude with the people you deal with. You don't always know what's going on in people's lives and they will always appreciate someone who will take an effort to be nice and friendly. And always remember to keep a sense of humor about circumstances. It makes everything a lot funner to do.

I don't feel that True Happiness is possible. Happiness is built upon happenstance. Happiness can come and go with the tide. However a deep inner joy... that can last and remain throughout storms and trials.
There is only one thing that I need for that inner joy.
Not only do I know what it is, but I have it.
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

I would hate to lie and say that it is my personal relationship with Jesus, Because if it was I would be walking the talk....something I don't know of anyone doing......So all I can say is that being comfortable in my own skin and geting through Life with the least amount of friction makes me merely content.

Paying attention to every moment of life through kindness, generosity, harmony, clarity of perception, humor, reflection, contemplation, meditation, honesty and self-awareness. Recognition of one's dreams, ambitions and purpose....as well as honest pursuit of these.... makes for an interesting, happy and engaged life.
But nothing can take the place of attention.
