The pistons will be back as always.Piston fans you might hate to hear this but it is time to part with Big Ben Wallace.Or Chauncy Billups. You need a few more peices on that team.I personally think the problem is larry brown is gone.Larry could run that southern offence. It seems to me that the pistons old coach just CANT do it.Look at it,He had all the guns,he just didnt have the bullets. The guns had a serious chance into the heat series. But most of the time
,its just like baseball. When the defending champ goes down you see a really good team and know they are gonna win it all

Yup notice how they fell apart as soon as Darko Left. I don't care who the Pistons Drafted in 03' but if it wasn't Darko they would not have won that championship (I don't care if you agree or not but Ben Wallace practicing with Darko didn't just make Darko better but also Ben Wallace) Also when they defeated the Lakers Darko had to defend Shaq thats why the Pistons lost to the Heat because they didn't have Darko defending (I know he only played for like 2 min).

The Pistons were over when Brown left. They will be able to find a big man that will help them out. They will still be a top team in the East.

the pistons will be worse without ben. but im not saying they're better off with him. they became a strong team when they won that championship because of rasheed wallace, not ben. but still, they had help with shaq and kobe's bickering. it was an * (asterisk) championship that they won. look at the next two years, they lost ... they shouldnt also even feel all mighty since the east is not as superpowered as the west

No, not really...the Pistons fans will miss Ben, but the team will be better off. No more sulking attitude, no more 4 against 5 on the offensive end. Ben was great for a couple of years, he drove us to becoming an elite team, but once he lost his hunger, he was a detriment to the team. Thanks for the memories Ben, but we'll move on just ifne without you.
