I can tell you who shot poor Lincoln. It was a Jesuit priest he shot Lincoln because Linclon was supporting an Ex Roman Catholic priest called Charles Chiniquy. Chiniquy was about to expose the Rc church for supporting slavery at that time. It is a complicated story but you can read about it in a magazine called,

Back of the head. But the bullet didn't kill him. The doctor that treated him stuck his pinky finger into the wound to see how far the bullet went in, he pushed the bullet and inturn hit a nerve and killed Lincolon. The bullet would have killed him anyway but the doc killed him then.
