Area 51 - Fact or Fiction?

Question

Since the Roosevelt incident, many believe that there is alien research going on at a location named “Area 51”. There are games, movies and many articles on the net about the existence of such a place. What do you think? Is this a place a fact, or a fiction?

First, it was the Roswell incident, and second, the place is fact. What they do there was secret (most of it has supposedly been moved someplace else because of the intrusions and publicity), and who knows when we'll find out what they are really hiding. Doesn't matter if it was aliens really, because the government WANTS people to be confused about the alien issue so they can do other things that are usually more crucial to be kept out of the public eye; like new weapons, aircraft, or energy technology that would destroy the fossil fuel dependency econostructure...;-)

Uhmm...your talking about "Roswell" , Roosevelt was responsible for other incidents than the one you are referring to.

Area 51 is a fact.
Its known as Air Force Flight Test Center, also called Detachment 3
The base is on a remote tract of land in southern Nevada.
If you get close to the base you have camouflaged guards driving white Jeep Cherokees dogging each of your movements.

Reliable sources have informed me that the technology once quartered at Area 51 was - in part - relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Albuquerque is home to fusion research accelerators and technology developed by the Russians in the 80's called "Psychotronics" (PT).
Also the US has a ground site attenna array known as HAARP located in the remote reaches of Alaska where they have been conducting PT experiments for the past 4 years.
Mobile *airborne* devices equipped with PT devices are operating out of the Albuquerque secure site.
My source says the PT technology along with other "Black Ops" projects are scheduled to be co-located at a new site under construction at the Colorado - New Mexico border just off the main highway linking Albuquerque to Denver.

So whatever it was that made "Area 51" popular is not there anymore :)

Like a previous answerer stated.
FACT: Area 51 or "Groom Lake' is a real US Air Force base. It's got runways and everything. It is also a testing ground for new highly secret technology.
FICTION: Area 51 has extraterrestrial artifacts, bodies, or anything not from this planet. Not even meteorites since they all go to NASA when recovered.

And, come on, what moron would believe what they read at a site with a name like "cutepiggy" as being true?
Be afraid, very very afraid of that someone.

The place itself DOES exist, Area 51 is an army base used for experimental aircraft testing.

Now regarding the Roswell Incident, yes I'd like to believe that aliens did crash, but it hasn't been proven.

http://dreamlandresort.com is a good site to look at, people who study Area 51 say that they realize that there are extremely dangerous and secret experaments going on but the alien stuff is crap. The Roswell incedent was a long time ago people would think that a piece of debree from space was accually something alien. It was probebly something tested that went wrong. But when it comes down to the conclusion, it's what you think about it.

Its Roswell. And yes the US military did have a base in Nevada where a lot of the top secret airplanes were developed, including the stealth figher and stealth bomber. Area 51 is no longer in use and it is believed that the new secret base is somehere in CO. Its believed that they are developing a new airplane called AURORA. As for the aliens.... Thats fiction

Area 51 is a real place, no doubt about it. As for alien research, that is in no way true. Area 51 is just a top-secret testing area for new aircraft, and other weapons.
