its possible you are pregnant. Implantation happens when the fertilized egg (now called a blastocyst) has completed its travel through the fallopian tube and attaches to the lining of the uterus. The blastocyst is a cluster of tiny cells, smaller than the head of a pin.
Implantation happens on average nine days (6-12 days) after ovulation and fertilization.
Most women have no symptoms on the day of implantation but some report a couple of drops of blood, which can be either red or brown or they have mild cramps. This is also called 'implantation bleeding or cramping.'
That bleeding is usually no more than a couple of drops. If it's like a period, then it's unlikely implantation bleeding.
But most women who become pregnant do not experience typical implantation bleeding, and many women who are not pregnant experience some spotting.

Well, it depends on a lot of things--how long have you been having periods? Are they usually regular, or are they very irregular? I'm assuming this is unusual for you or else you wouldn't be concerned. I know when I first started, I could never predict when my period would start or end, sometimes it was light and sometimes heavy--in fact, it didn't become regular until I went on birth control pills. I would talk to my doctor as soon as possible, especially since you had serious cramping. Take care...

This could be something really minor. If you just started birth control recently you could have some normal brake through bleeding. Your hormones could be a little off this month. I know you don't want to hear this but you should really go to the doctor. In the past I have put stuff off and worried about symptoms for weeks. When I finally went to the doctor it was nothing-I wasted all of this time worrying for nothing.

If your last period was really light you might already be a month or more pregnant and the spotting and cramping you had today could very well be related to the pregnancy. You need to get checked ASAP. If you aren't ready to be a mommy you shouldn't be having sex honey.

Make sure that you didn't have any trauma to your vaginal area from intercourse. There are many reason for this bleeding, there may be fibroids, dysfunctional uterine bleeding. You should see your gynecologist to make sure that there isn't anything serious. You should refrain from sex in the mean time.

did the bleeding happen while peeing or during sex? If it was while peeing you probably passed a kidney stone! No biggie. If it was during sex it is probably because sex was a little to rough and it irritated your vaginal canal. As far as being pregnant the only way to rule that out is by taking a home pregnancy test. If that comes out negative see your GYN.

stress can be a factor in getting irregular periods. Sometimes periods can be irregular for medical issues-cysts, etc, but most likely it is stress!

I don't think it's a serious health problem. You are probably staining, but I would suggest you to see a docor, just to rule out anything wrong.
