I have both xbox and ps2 and not being a fanboy in either camp ill say its a TIE. Each system have games that were exclusive to each system, and those games make those systems shine, so its hard to say which is bettwer if you dont own both. Its a personal thing. I have the xbox 360 and will get the ps3 why? because i want Metal Gear and other ps3 goodies.

I own a PS2 but Xbox is better for sure but who cares PS3 and XBox 360 are out there and they are better than both of them combined.

If we are talkign unique Xbox, which i believe we are, then actually PS2. PS2 continues to be going good, they're nevertheless making video games for it, and it already has the biggest and desirable interest library accessible. they don't even make video games for Xbox anymore. Microsoft has thoroughly abandoned that console.

Depends on how you are going to use it. Xbox is much better if you plan on modding. Ps2 is better for certain RPG games. Although, Ps2 mods are pretty good too. Stick with xbox and mod.

I like the xbox, i think it has better games, i hate Japanese RPGs! i know that's not the only games on PS2 but it is the majority!

PS2, get PS3 in November it will be better than Xbox 360
PS3 will be 600 bucks, it will be 500 for the wired and not wireless ps3. wait 2 more years

Nintendo rules all the way. They don't freeze up like most PS2's and theres no loading time...hence xbox...
