for the amount of pressure emitted by an average fart..NO. but if someone where able to produce a massive bottom burp (we're talking several hundred PSI) then yes you could do it.

That is a funny question and I wish if you fart really hard that you could levitate but sadly you cant. Believe me I have farted really hard and nothing happened except my friends ran outside for air.

perhaps a physicist would be in a better position to answer this thought provoking question. really worth a try, let me know if it works...however, am not desperate to levitate though clever means like the one you mentioned. good luck, fart away to glory :))

if you have enough vegetarian food trsut me it can be done, The Military has been working on a project involving leviating monkey feed only on a diet of sweetcorn and soya protein.
