I live in MD, its about 80-90 outside and hot, its sooo grosse sleeping at night, etc, Just wondering if its unhealthy or not

Well, that is not really that hot. People lived for years and years without airconditioning. Myself being one of them. You can get sick from being overheated, but mostly that is because you are not drinking enough water. So drink lots of water and take lots of showers!

Good heavens people today are spoiled. Of course there are places and times when heat exhaustion is a concern- you need a fan now the then. And air conditioning is nice for filter air pollution and creating a while noise to shut out outdoor sounds. But really. I grew up in South Florida before air conditioning. And I never really needed it. And believe me it's just as hot, and even more humid there.

Uncomfortable, but unless you are very young, very old, or ill in some way, then not unhealthy. Keep windows closed, shades pulled, and lots of fans going.

The heat is not unhealthy. Pollution is unhealthy in combination with the heat and humidity.

If anyone in your household has asthma or an illness or even is elderly, it's dangerous.

i think your sick alot more often than you would be if you had air conditioning
