Depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to ride trails. Look at the raptor 700 if you can afford afford a new one. Or an older 660 if you can't. You might even look at a kfx 400. I'm not a honda fan. If you don't want to shift gears, look at the kfx 700. If you want to race on a motocross track you can't beat the yfz450. If you want a utility 4 wheeler I would recommend a grizzly or a brute force.

I'd say a Honda with push button shift. You can use it for sport or utility and they ride very nice,and they are dependeble

a suzuki lt250r. 1992 was the last one. or a suzuki lt500 quadzilla. they still havent made a 4 stroke that can catch that one.
