If you are asking about drawing blood for testing, it can be gotten from many,many places on the body. The arm is the most used as it is the least painful and easiest to stick.

Well I don't think you'd want them to take blood from your neck.

most of the rest of your body is too fleshy to find a vein, that's why they take it from the inside of your arm.

your head, leg, top of your hand,......just ask the nurse to use a different spot. All your veins carry the same blood.
