so you're having a fourth of july celebration and a freind that's coming wants to bring her dogs, right? I'd ask her not to, especially if there's going to be fireworks. Fireworks frighten dogs(i know from experience, i have six). This is the time of year when more dogs become strays than any other time of the year. they tend to run at the sounds of fireworks and don't come back.
If it is her place they'll be at and not your's i'd reccomend what's above still. tell her to keep them in a dog kennel or whatever they sleep on and away from furniture( they'll tear it up because they're upset).keep them inside. This will give them a sense of security. she could also give them a favorite toy or play music to help drown out the explosions.
p.s. please try and phrase your questions better it was quite confusing what was going on.

I think you are concerned that the dogs will be scared by the fireworks and perhaps run away? If that is the case, it depends on the animals. If the dogs are skittish, then having them outside is a bad idea unless they are well restrained. They could run away. It happens frequently. On the other hand, my dog ignores fireworks. It all depends on the animal, the way it was raised and the owner's anxiety. Animals will sense their owner's anxiety and respond accordingly.

I would advise against that cause most dogs are scared of loud noises. Even at that, some sounds that the fireworks make do hurt the dogs ears. How many times have you heard a dog howling when they hear the siren of a police car, firetruck or ambulance?, it is cause it hurts their ears.

There's nothing wrong with having your dogs outside on 4th of July. If she is watching the fire works, they'll be fine. they might get scared because of the noise, but just tell her to keep them with water, and keep them by her side.. they'll be fine.
