Loctite solvent . You can usually get it at any auto parts store that sells the Loctite or an industrial supply store . It made from Nitromethane ane toluene and it does evaporate fairly quickly .

Leverage- longer tool
Tapping- sometimes the rotational force of a few solid taps can break the bond
WD-40 or similar- maybe the Loctite is not the problem or rust is adding to the difficulty

parafin wax melted onto the bolt might help but most original loctite(from the manufacturer ) is a real bugger

Well, you can soak it in water for about 25 years. If that don't work then you might want to stick with heat...

bout the only other way is to use brute strength. remember leverage is your friend.

acetone, but it evaporates so fast you have to keep applying it.
