someone who can make me laugh, someone who I can be friends with, someone who brings out the best in me, someone who understands and sympathyzes with me, someone who makes me feel safe and secure, someone I can trust.

Well, generally you know if you are going to like someone or not in the first 10 minutes, but thats not always true, so sometimes you need to give someone a chance.
I look for someone who I can have fun with, and be myself around. Someone who doesnt expect me to change to fit 'their perfect dream girl' image.
I like asian guys, but just because a guy is asian doesnt make him instantly appealing. After that there comes the personality, and the compatibility.
I generally prefer guys who are not as extroverted as I am. Quiet shy types. Arty, mysterious, but fun all the same/

I know that this is what everyone says, but for us to be able to laugh together is the best. Also, I would love it if a guy was into the same music as me (classic rock), drove a harley, paint, writes poetry, plays the guitar, and has a JOB! lol, that would be my perfect guy.

The basics are a loving man who is respectful and has a good character. He also needs to be intelligent and funny. The dealbreaker is if he has the same faith as me.

im with librarygirl. but you also got to know how to have a good time. i dont mean by sleeping with a girl i just mean by being fun to be around thats all it takes, i really dont care what you look like (but you gotta have amazing eyes!!!)

respect, funny, understands stuff and wont just shut you up because they think its some little cat fight, and can actually talk rather than just sitting with you for days. and looks: eyes and a great smile

honestly i look for a guy that i can be best friends with, but also more. i look for someone i can be comfortable with and tell them anything, someone thaat cares for me as a person, but also as a lover. like i said a best friend.
