I meant if there was a donor and she is ready to donat her uterus to another female whos uterus `s been removed due to some illness or deseases ,so ist possible to transplant the new (donor`s)uterus to that female?

I don't know if it can be done just yet. Seems like even if tissue rejection were ignored that the scarring from attaching the fallopian tubes would be an issue.

It is probably possible but most likely wont be done because of the nasty side effects of the anti-rejection drugs. It is not considered worth the risk of taking the drugs since you can live without a uterus, and can even donate eggs to a surrogate mother and have your own biological children potentially.

no because a woman can live w/o a uterus, but I have taken care of patients with two uterus, and has been documented women who have had a hysterctomy but still had their ovaries have become pregnant and delivered healthy babies. This is very dagerouse for mother and baby though, I have also taken care of women who have had a tuballigation and still became pregnant!!! But no one has ever donated their uterus to another person,

I don't think that has been done. It's like an organ donation, one will have to take organ anti-rejection drugs for the rest of her life.
