Where I am at you wouldn't get it on basic cable as for it comes on ABC Family, and that would be the expanded basic package. Our basic package only goes to channel 22, whereas the expanded goes to 99.

ABC family... omg that show makes me so annoyed they should have just made a movie of it and made it a one-time deal... its a cool plot but i don't think it's goingto be long enough for a whole series...

That depends on what area you live in. Channels in California are different than channels anywhere else.
