It was one of my old personal trainers and he told my sister-in-law that I cheated on my husband. This is totally not true! I am going through a divorce with my husband and this little lie my trainer has told is creating more problems with the divorce and my children. My soon to be ex-husband wants nothing to do with me. This will hurt my children. They are already having to deal with not having their mom and dad together.

Can you prove that they spread the rumor, was it true, did it cost you your marriage. Several questions have to be answered but anyone can sue anyone for any reason.. You just need facts that show these rumors cost you your marriage or they can counter sue you

Well, you can sue whover spread the rumor, I don't think you can sue the whole gym, just the person.
