Ok I am curious! Shoot me for freaking asking but curiosity killed the damn cat. Does a man who has a sex change to woman get wet. As WET. You Know what I mean, Just curious

I depends on the procedure performed, often there is some residual excretion from the seminal vesicals but not often like the degree to which women can get wet.
If a colonic segment has been used to make the neovagina it can often get too continuously wet, rather than too dry.

It is not a straigtforward answer I'm afraid.

Depends on what the docs used to make the vagina. Most of the time, they turn the penis inside out and stuff it up in there. The woman has to use a dildo and lube to keep the opening the correct size. Another option is to use a part of the inside out penis and then use part of the colon. If they go this route, the new female will have to use a tampon every day as the colon dose get wet. I have tg friends but I'm not a doctor. So dont quote me. But I am pretty sure.

Seriously, though, it depends on the surgery done. There are several versions of the basic vaginoplasty procedure, and some - generally, those that use a portion of the colon to form the neovagina - allow her to get wet.
