Mrs. Lundy, 4th grade.
She cared about me, and let me know how proud she was of me. I knew I was special because Mrs. Lundy made me feel special. She made the other students feel the same way, and each one of us felt we were the favorite student in the class.
She's the reason I became a teacher.

My band director, Mr. Springs, was my favorite teacher. Through my four years of high school he made the extra effort to get to know every student and be there for them. When you needed someone he was always there with arms open. We affectionately nick-named him Big-Daddy.

My favorite teacher was Mrs Coughlin - 3rd grade. She was pretty, kind, soft spoken and had fun with us. She had a sweet smile and a twinkle in her eye. She encouraged us every day.

My favourite teacher inspired me and challenged me. She was a grade four teacher, but I have had many wonderful teachers.

Mrs. Cunningham, high school drama teacher. She treated us like adults, pushed us very hard, always held high expectations for us, and was an expert at her subject.

Mr Youl, High School Algebra/Geometry. He helped us believe in our abilities, explained things in a simple format, and gave us fun, competitive activities. He treated us as equals.

Mrs Christ (4th grade), because she got us involved in what we did, so we learned and had fun at the same time. She also read to us to improve our listening skills and even let us read sometimes to we could improve our reading out loud skills.

Mrs. Duvall, my kindergarten teacher.
She was very kind, and taught me not to be afraid, and when I came to visit her in second grade, she let me teach the little ones their current subjects. Made me feel very important! :)
