They eat dolphins yes (such as bottlenose), but they also are from the dolphin family.

A killer whale is an orcha, from the dolphin family.

They hunt and travel in packs just like wolves. They kill sharks even! They are smarter than smart. I think about the only predator they have would be humans. That leads me to the "are they nice" question.

They're a tad bit nicer than humans since they are just below us on the food chain ;) Are they nice.. nicer than ... what?

Will they kill you if you fall in the water with them? Probably not. That's not to say that they will not kill a human. It has happened - even in captivity at the water park in California - it was all over in the news!

They are not killer to humans unless you make them fell threatened or afraid. They are called killer whales because they have a unique way of hunting their prey. I t is very fascinating you should maybe look up killer whales and get some real professional opinions about it!~

Killer whales (orca) will kill anything they see fit--including men and their boats--they have no natural enemies. Check out the links and see. Here in San Antonio at Sea World in 2004, a "tame" trained killer whale slammed his trainer underwater repeatedly. They're not evil--just beasts.

*rolls eyes*

There has never been a killer whale attack on humans before. Killer whales are called 'killers' because of the clever way they hunt.In fact, the real name for killer whales are orcas.

So,they aren't exactly 'nice',but you can be sure they wont go after you.

the whale did not delibratly kill her or every physique else and it deffinatly did not 'attack' they ought to shop it and merely be greater careful. as you suggested they could not kill it cos its not the whales fault, and in the event that they return it to the wild it won't proceed to exist cos all its existence it has relied on human beings for its nutrition, if relesed into the wild it would ether die of starvation because it does not understand the thank you to seek or might die from getting unwell as human beings have allways guiven it scientific care.

I saw a ice fishing video, where a guy got swallowed. Of course it could have been faked, sure looked real.
The clip is called "why ice fishing sucks". - I couldn't find it, to show you, sorry.
