Florida is the Turtle/Tortoise Heaven! There's more turtles in Florida than anywhere else in the world. Here are a few links that all have yellowfoots and other torts for sale:

Florida is full of good reptile breeders. You should be able to find one you can vist so you can hand-select your new pet(s).

Contact your local herpetological society for help.

Try Andy at turtlepimp.com or Neil Golli at http://gollireptiles.com and tell them that Rachel referred you. If they don't have one they can find someone who does.
