What would you do if you saw someone hitting ar saw a starved animal?

If I saw someone hitting an animal I'd call 911 immediately. As for a starving animal, call your local sheriff's office to report abuse. Don't wait. The animal(s) may die.

If no one were around, I would take the animal to a clinic. If I saw someone hitting an animal, I would try not to hit them, but I would call the police and file a complaint. There is NO excuse for animal abuse ! No one HAS to own an animal, it is a privilege.

well if you always see someone abusing this animal Report it... dont call 911 though thats for emergancies call the pound or find the number for the police and report it

but if it is just once let it go....

im not sure what ar means but if i saw a starved animal i usually let it go never to cross my mind again but if its in front of my house looking for food or im eatting someware and i see a starving animal and its univoidable then id feed it

I would be calling the police If see a starved animal,if it was small enough, I would put it in a carrier and try feeding it if it was not wild. If I knew who the owners were, I would turn them in for cruelty to animals.

First, I would say something to the person. Then I would turn them in to animal control officers. There's just no excuse for something like animal abuse or starvation to happen!!!

you could report it to the police for animal cruelty or you can if you see a stray & staved dog see if you can try and get it to eat something
