It really depends upon the health status of any given individual. For instance, remember that mitochondrioa are the powerhouse cell that generates ATP for energy, and lymphocytes aid in immunity. With that being said, anyone who is battling infection is going to have an increased mitochondrial count as opposed to a person who is not.

The same goes for skeletal muscle. The person who works out is going to have significantly higher count than someone who does not.
