Nitrous Oxide. N2O Is a colorless gas that increases the oxygen content in an internal combustion engine, thereby increasing power output. Used in short duration because it will damage the engine over time.
Since it is used for combustion, it isn't of any use in an electric engine.
You can find it at many auto 'speed' shops.

Nitrous Oxide (N2O) is a gas made up of nitrogen and oxygen. When injected into an internal combustion engine, the oxygen rapidly increases the burn rate of the fuel already in the cylinder making more power. Nitrous will not help an electric motor. Each state has different laws, but it's only illegal if you get caught. I believe most states do not ban nitrous, but I'd check local laws anyway. Seems like everyone around here uses the stuff. Local speed shop should carry it.

It is N2O or nitrous oxide and it has about 33% oxy.in it compaired to the 18% or so in the air we breath. All internal combustion gasoline eng.(uses gas for fuel) need to need about 14 parts of air for each 1 part of fuel to burn properly. What happens with N2O is that under full throttle N2O is injected into the eng. along with extra fuel so the eng. is able to burn more fuel the it normally would which increases it's power. This is not something that you can have happening during your normal driving it is for race purposes only, not only will it cause your eng.to ware out much more quickly it also cost some big $$$ to run.

electric motorcycles? If your bike runs off batteries only, no engine, exotic fuel gases aren't going to help you. Leave the unobtainium fuels for the drag-racers and the organ donors...
