well during the school year i weighed 250 something pounds and just yesterday when i got weighed i only weigh 220 pounds i've been doing a lot of walking lately and going to kind of like a yoga mixed with dance class do you think that is the reason i loss weight if so please answer me please and do you think i can loose more weight by september and be way slimmer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u wanna lose ur weight n u weight so much pounds, lets see.. 220, im sayin thuth.. it will take u almost a yr if u do only walkin n yoga... u need 2 do mix...little this n that...ask a friend or some1 that u can trust 2, 2 help u w/ weight problem...best thing is 2 go 2 gym 5 days n 2 days 2 rest....don't over do it cuz u will not lose weight cuz u'll get tired n stop...do 2 days n half upper body n other days do lower body,,, do each exerxice a/b half an hr.

i weighed the same and went down to 185 by walking and eating healthy. You can lose more keep up that great work...

Try these too:

- no sodas/ no coke, sprite, etc
- no fried food
- no dessert
- decrease the amount of bread, rice and pasta u eat.

I did this after having a kid and and went down like 15 lbs in 3 weeks...

Well I don't want to be the rain on your parade but..you will probably drop down to about 180 maybe a little less..or more.Depends.But I don't know all I DO know is that you should keep it up for the rest of the year!!!!

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more
