Is there a forum or notice board where we can post names of people who don't pay for work done or bosses who have dissapeared with wages?..Otherwise known as knockers, to warn others not to have dealings with them.

I don't think there is one but if you start one I'm sure you will find it filling up very quickly. It would be a great way to stop people being ripped off by cowboys who pray on the public.

I would call the better business bureau. You can even involve the local police. They will keep an eye on the boss.
