i don't have cable and i've seen a commercial about the new network, CW it has all the shows that i want to see but i am afraid that it might only come out in cable.

CW is going to be a broadcast network, not a cable network. Chances are CW will be broadcast by the station in your area that carried either the WB Network or UPN, since it's effectively a merger of both of them. If you got one or the other (or both), you'll probably get CW as well.

No, it'll be available as a local channel. I guess whatever stations were carrying Warner Bros and the other one before(I forget what it was called) will be carrying CW.
