When I started working in my new office, there was a report that I completed incorrectly, my new co-worker is a complete jerk and told me in front of everyone that how could I have made so many mistakes. Of course now I am a pro but it was frustrating having to deal with someone so cruel.

Coming into a new position and having to untangle the mess left by the person before me. I worked for Cushman & Wakefield in NYC for 3 years and it took me 18 months to clean up the prior person's mistakes.

It is too personal to answer in Yahoo Answers. I just try not to get frustrated and try to think of things in a positive manner. Frustration begets more frustration which begets anger and negative feelings toward oneself and others.

Me n my dad are the only African-Americans that work the night shift at the newspaper. Im a copy clerk and i type the marriages and divorces and i get the information from the court house.Well i worked one friday and didnt kno the court house was open so i didnt get the information and they didnt get to publish anything.

Learning a new job without anyone to fully train me, managing a staff and hiring a new person all in the same week of me being hired.

trying to get a better job while working the one i have now. i can't interveiw for a new job cuz i can't take off work form the one i am currently employed with.

i work traditional biz hrs so scheduling the interveiw any other time out the question

Many minor ones. Being overbored is frustrating. Seeing co-employees you don't like in a day to day basis. Worrying too much of my son at home without me. (im a working mom). Missing my son too much....................
