Yes. But, they have a bunch of new episodes already taped that no one has seen before-- I had heard, that they were going to play them sometime in the summer.
However if this is not the case, after checking the Joey wikipedia page, a DVD of Season 2 will be released in November 2006.

Of course...Friends sucked to begin with, and taking a moron from that show and giving him his OWN show was just a complete mistake.
