The purpose of a PW is to provide security to the system. PW administration is difficult at best and with Windows XP the PW is deeply encripted and embedded within the Windows XP userid profiles. Without special software($$$) and good understanding of the Binaries and ASCii codes ... NOPE!

Why do you even care? You hackers are so nosey! Is your supreme goal in life to ruin people's lives? If you really wanna get into hacking try "spyware" or "asking for people's passwords sneakily". It's their own stupidity if they give in. Wow, hackers have so much in common with the victims! Look at how low our society is! Theivery and stupidity at it's finest? WOW! Go, nosey creep!

Ask them for it. If they don't give it to you, then you're not supposed to have it. Obtaining it otherwise would likely violate a number of federal, state and local laws or ordinances.
