p.s I do not have a bank account because I owe money, I have loans out all over the place originally to pay off bills but then I ended up spending money on foolish wants. I pawn all my nice stuff. I used to do drugs (meth) could this be my way a replacing one habit for another?

you need to talk to a counselor immediately before it's too late.
you have a mental problem.
you get mental satisfaction by shopping splurge but deep inside you don't want those things.

I was thinking get a job spending someone elses money, like a buyer for a company, that's until I got to the drug addiction part.
you gotta hit bottom before you will bounce back up. when you are living on the streets or you start to sell your body to afford your habit, you will only learn then. I have never understood why people do as you do. I have always been one to look to the future.
you know, keep that 3 months living expenses tucked away.

im 16 when ever i get money i go out and spend it as if money grows on trees and when i dont have any money i get mad as for controling this habit all you need is self control and if you really want to quit spending money like its going out of style you will thats what a true commitment is but if your not willing to commit to controling yourself it wont work all i can say is learn self control or hand your money over to someone you can trust and make 2 days call them money days.

create for yourself a list of all your bills and whats due and when. then take what you make and subtract all those bills from it. what is left is your spending money. just make sure u leave enough to eat with. then exercise restraint! if you have too many bills drop one like internet, cable tv. you can live without those things for a year or so right?

have your checks direct deposited to your account. Set a limit on the amount of money you can safely take out of the bank --- get rid of bank cards, credit cards and check books.... That way you physically have to go to the bank to get money. Set up to have your bills paid out of your bank account.
Get counseling---
Be accountable for your actions to someone.
