Kick up your feet and rest with a nice book favorite snack and your fave music...............stress isn't good for you and the baby........so try not to let them bother you. Pedicures used to help me relax.........a spa day for mommy. Going to the mall for a walk too......you can window shop and look at all the cute baby stuff..........you will forget everyone's drama and focus on you and baby...............good luck sweety!!!

When you become pregnant, your body becomes the property of the baby and you are just along for the ride. The worst part is that your friends and boyfriend are not pregnant and they can not empathize or understand. It's a hard fact but unfortunately the hormonal changes are not something that you can do anything about. My best suggestion is to find a group of first time moms and hang with them. The support you find will be a great help and soothe your shattered nerves.

Yup. Knowing that they are just that- mood swings from hormones. They will pass and eventually you will have a baby to show for it. As for the people who cause you stress, keep them away it will only cause more harm to the baby.

I would get so hormonal that I would throw up. I always felt better after that. One night my husband was picking on me ( I always know when he is in a good mood b/c he picks on me) anyway he was picking on me and I just burst into tears. Then, I had to run and throw up. I guess it was the sudden emotional outburst. The good news is that my hormones didn't last the whole pregnancy. Hang in there!

i find that reading a good book by one of my favorite authors, listening to music while surfing the web, or watching my favorite tv shows helps with the mood swings and stress while pregnant. i have a lot of stress at work and at home, so i always need something to help relax me. good luck and congrats

When I was preganant I would be crying hysterically in the bathroom (over something stupid) because I knew I was being nuts and I just couldnt help myself. Really the only way to make the moodswings go away is to give birth, but it does help if you know you are being hormonal when its happening and can at least tell people, "ignore me im just being hormonal". I know it sucks, but at least you are not alone.

Look down, see your left foot, put it infront of your right one, then put your right in front of your left............ eventually the mood swings will lessen but the stress wont.
Dont take it on board,
do something nice for yourself every day
do something nice for someone else every day
Trust me im going thru it right now........
