I guess from what you say you are having a rash due to the heat of Summer...?!?!? The nice way to help is to cool your body heat down. Eat cooling food: cucumber, squash, green leafy veg, drink more water...doesn't need to be cold, excually cold water does affect your digestive system. Your stomach doesn't like cold water.

Topical use:
Aloe gel, very cooling. camomile is nice too. You also can mix fresh cucumber juice n its meat with aloe and put over your rash. Helps cooling down the heat.

If you have dry skin with rash, I suggest you try some oil blend. You can go to a health food store near by and find one.

Wish you feel better soon and take care.

My sister-in -aw is an 8-weeks-pregnant mom, too. We're so excited for her!

It could be an alergic reaction to something. My friend was pregnant and ate peanuts. She had never been allergic to them before. But the baby she was carrying was and she got a bad rash. Think if you have eaten anything weird or out of the ordinary. When i was pregnant I craved dirt and metal. It maybe from eating something you wouldnt normally eat ( and I dont mean that you ate dirt and hair and wierd stuff like that, I craved it. but didnt eat it) it could also be from stress, heat, a change it laundry soap.

From what I've read, itching can be very common. You should wear loose cotton clothes, and try not to get over heated. If it persists, consult your doctor. It could be a warning sign for cholestasis, a rare but dangerous liver disorder.
