He has a very high IQ and I think he could help get us back on track again as I have heard him speak on this.

Bill Clinton served two terms as President [1993-1997; 1997-2001], and is therefore inelligable to serve as president under Section 1 of the Twenty Second amendment: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice." Thus, he is not elligable to run for Vice President due to a provision of the Twelth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

He would make a fantastic Vice-president. Better than anything the RepubliTARDS could put in office. Maybe the country would get on the right track again and become a leader of all that is right and good in the world. The rest of the world would probably start to respect us again.

If Hillary was President, probably a whipped one. With anyone he would overshadow the President and create an ineffective team. Republican pundits would have a field day with the "puppet" references just like Dems do with Cheney now. Not a very good choice, but it would be fun to watch.

No swarming here, pal. Clinton was a crappy Pres and with his ego, I don't see him being second in command, though the title might suit him.
