You'll have to go to a doctor. Your doctoor is legally not allowed tell your prents that you are on the pill. Go to a family planning clinic or another doctor if you cant go to him, because people require different pills and you need to be assigned to a particular type of pill.

You can see a different doctor ask to speak to a female doctor and then you can get it free. You dont have to see your regular doctor just ask when you make the appointment. If you did see your doctor he is not allowed to tell your parents he would be breaking the confidental information that you have between you two and he could loose his job.
