My Mom swears by mineral makeup. She buys Bare Minerals, but now you can get a different brand at Walmart, and I think it's $12 or so. I've been meaning to try it. Mom says it stays on all day and doesn't rub off and it feels light on your skin, but still covers well.

before loose pwd, u need to apply pre make up so that fondation or powder will stay longer and also helps to have to matte look at the same time sun block.

Bare Minerals.
I use this all the time, during my 8 hour shifts and it's always still on at the end of the day. I especially love how it helps control oil too!
