Well i'm a sprinter. personally love sprinting the most because the adrenaline rush is amazing. Also, people love to see people battle it out. And its always exciting to see when one guy is out and front then someone comes from behind to win. Also sprinting is very technical. There is so much that you have to do to be good at it. And as they like to say. Anybody can build endurance. But you have to be born with speed

its a good idea to choose one or the other, as the strides are very different, and training for both can overwork you and hurt your times in all events.

which events are most fun for you? which ones are you best at? has a coach ever looked at your running stride and said you would be better at one than the other?
