Reality is a state of mind. A perception may be false but when accepted by the mind, it becomes reality. An undiscovered lie becomes reality. DNA testing can shed the light on many things accepted as reality many years ago but proven wrong today.(some prisoners convicted of a crime years ago find their freedom through DNA) There is one undisputed reality: there is a dash on everyone's life. Born 1900-19??

Things, both known and unknown, that are occuring around us in our environment at all times. It's not just about things that we can sense with our senses (sight, touch, taste, etc.), but all the other things that occur around us that we are unaware of because we are not equiped to "observe" them (good example is radiowaves, which are all around us, but which we cannot sense with our natural 5 senses, we had to create technology to know about them, thank you Tesla!). There is a whole lot of REALITY that is occuring around you and I right this second that we are both unaware of! Also, as Einstien probably would have pointed out, consider that reality is also RELATIVE to your position in space/time! If you are standing in front of the statue of liberty for example, and I am standing behind it, our two perceptions of it would be different because of our position in space/time. Once again, there is a whole lot of stuff happening around us that we are unaware of that affects what we call reality beyond what we are aware of with our senses.
