I will be getting degrees in English literature and Spanish, but don't want to teach (that bad), and love to travel. I would love to find a job that won't stick me in a cubicle, or even the same place all the time.

Try the publishing business. Start at the entry level as a proof reader, and attend publisher's work shops and sales conventions. They also sponsor book fairs which can be held in many parts of the country. BVut don't think it will be fast paced in the first few years, you'll need exposure and experience to get anywhere in the field.

Try being English teacher in Antigua Guatemala, also you could find jobs doing translations and writing in the local newspaper...however, if you do not find anything else after two months your life will become boring...but it worths to try...Hasta pronto y buena suerte en tu búsqueda

Try being a travel writer for Spanish mags or newspapers. Or a resturant critic...food for thought.
